  2. Standardize high-risk, high-impact workflows, such as feasibility assessments, study start ups, patients’ recruitment processes, and data-handling procedures.
  3. Redesign workforce models to support functional role differentiation.
  4. Align technology ecosystems with operational processes.
  5. Use transparent metrics to build trust in the system among study staff and sponsor.
